These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, content and services operated by NAHSV Healthlinko Private Limited ("NAHSV", "we", "our" or "us"), including but not limited to MediFyr.com, Unikorn.cloud, Healthfiher.org and WhatPregnant.com (collectively, the "Platforms").

By accessing or using our Platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platforms.

1. Eligibility

You may use the Platforms only if you are capable of forming a legally binding contract under applicable law and are not barred from using the services under any applicable laws.

2. No Medical Advice

The Platforms are intended to provide information, tools and connections related to health, wellness and pregnancy. However:

  • Content on the Platforms is for educational and informational purposes only.
  • The Platforms do not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

3. User Accounts

5. Third-Party Services and Content

The Platforms may include links to third-party websites, apps, services or content (including hospitals, doctors or partners). We do not control and are not responsible for such third-party services, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms and policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platforms, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to NAHSV and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the Platforms and content only for your personal, non-commercial use, unless otherwise authorised in writing by NAHSV. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platforms and all content and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, title or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Platforms will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NAHSV and its directors, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platforms.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our aggregate liability will be limited to the amount you have paid (if any) for use of the relevant service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless NAHSV and its directors, employees, agents and affiliates from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Platforms.

10. Changes to the Platforms and Terms

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Platforms at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above indicates when they were last revised. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Subject to applicable law, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India, for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platforms.
